  Horrible customer service!!! Took many days to set up the initial appointment, then mike the sales man never showed up. I get a call to reschedule days later. I thought, "ok things-happen". "Things" kept happening. After I made payment to get my roof started, Mike never returned phone calls, and when he finally did, he was yelling at me... the customer... cause he was frustrated. When the supervisor finally came out (Ed), he stated he cannot complete what Mike had already promised. unfortunately after weeks of back and forth, I had to settle for something less appealing. Unfortunately another roofer will have complete the work. There is definitely no warranty in their word/ work. This is a horrible company, Mike does not return calls and over promises work. I have reported this company to the city and the BBB.
  
  AVOID the STRESS AND HASSLE, I would definetly not recommend this roofing company.

  Horrible service!!!! Mike (sales rep) will lie and over-promise things Ed (field supervisor) cannot do. After the contract was signed and we paid in full, Mike would not return calls, the job was half completed, and it took over a month, several phone calls and emails to get mike and Ed on scene. Even with them on the job site, the job was not completed. The owner never called or bothered to get involved. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and WARN TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! HUGE SCAMMING COMPANY, THEIR EMPLOYEES WILL TRY TO DO JOBs ON THE SIDE FOR CHEAPER. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!
